What is a preorder?
A preorder gives you the opportunity to purchase a sold out item in advance. This allows you to be guaranteed a piece when it becomes available at a later date. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, an immediate payment has to be made.
When can I expect to receive my pre-order?
The estimated delivery date of each item is within 2 - 3 weeks of the pre-order closing date. We’ll also be sending you timely updates once the item is ready.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Once you've received the Order Confirmed email, all sales are final. There can be no changes or amendments made to the order.
I’ve received the item(s) and have a change in mind. Can I do a return?
We are sorry that we do not accept any returns or exchange for paid pre-order purchases. All sales are final.
* Do note that the same fabric or colour may not be available depending on the current demand. Kaifiyyah has the rights to offer the exchange to another design/colour of the same value.
