Exchanges, returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the request and the condition of the item.
ELIGIBILITY
To be considered for an exchange, return or refund, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- Not have been washed, altered, damaged or stained
- Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
- Be accompanied by your order details or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered depending on the reason for the request, item availability and condition of the item.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, Kaifiyyah may offer an alternative solution at our discretion.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are not automatically guaranteed and will be reviewed based on the circumstances of each request.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be take a minimum 14 business days to be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item received is confirmed to be defective.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, special offers or promotional campaigns are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Please ensure you have selected the correct colour and style before completing your purchase.
No exchanges, returns, refunds or cancellations will be accepted for promotional purchases, including items purchased using promotional codes, discounts or special campaign offers.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order purchases are made specifically according to customer demand and production quantities. As such, pre-order items are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled or amended once the order has been confirmed, except at Kaifiyyah's discretion.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the item.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a suitable exchange, replacement or refund.

Kaifiyyah reserves the right to assess and determine whether an exchange, return or refund is applicable based on the reason for the request, purchase terms and condition of the item.
We recommend checking your order and items carefully upon delivery before removing tags or wearing the pieces.
