Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade the ticket purchases?

All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check your cart details thoroughly before checking out for payment.

What is the different between Basic and VIP ticket?

 VIP ticket includes an express lane for registration and book signing with Ustazah Yasmin Mogahed at the end of the talk. Note: Book is not included.

Can we seat together if the tickets are purchased separately?

Yes, you can. The event is free seating. 

 Is this event open to men too?

Yes, both men and women are welcome to attend the talk. The seats are separated for men and women on each day.

Can I bring my infant/child?

Strictly no admission for infant in arms and children under 12 years old. Children aged 12 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission. Child minding services is not available on site.

Where can I purchase the book by Ustazah Yasmin Mogahed?

You may purchase it before the event from Wardah Bookstore online or at 58 Bussorah Street, Singapore 199474. Limited quantity of the books will be sold by Ustazah Yasmin Mogahed on actual days of event.

Is there a dress code for the event? 

While it is not compulsory, you are encouraged to dress modestly for the event, and preferably in white to grace the venue. 

Can I purchase and sponsor others the tickets?

Yes, we welcome individuals who would like to purchase the tickets for the purpose of giving away to your contacts or let us know how we can assist you in giving away the tickets. 

Will a designated solat area be provided within the hall?

Suntec City Convention Centre has a separate dedicated musollah within its venue, which is located at Level 3

Is there a complimentary carpark ticket?

No, complimentary carpark ticket is not included with any purchase. Attendees are advised park their cars at the main carpark around Suntec City Convention Centre.

Are food/beverages allowed during the event?

Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the halls. Water bottles/Mineral water are okay.
